Molecular Diagnostics

Utilizing cutting edge technology and innovation to run a wide a range of molecular investigations on sexually transmitted diseases, respiratory infections, gastrointestinal infections

Molecular Department

Intel Lab’s Molecular Diagnostics division masters the use of reagents to detect on a molecular level the existence of viruses, bacteria and gene sequences. These measurements support the diagnosis, treatment, prevention and monitoring of a wide range of diseases.

Sample types include blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid and other body fluids.

During Covid we were performing tens of thousands of tests daily and currently we have the capacity to run the most common molecular studies faster than anyone in Dubai.

Need help?

We are available 24/7 through phone or message. A member of our patient relations champions will convey your query to our clinical team for same day follow up.

Our Reference Equipment

Intel Lab is using reference Molecular diagnostic equipment from sound international manufacturers in US (the industry’s gold standard) with thousands of installations in reference labs around the globe. For our analysis we use reference reagents from Asian manufacturers, pioneers in molecular diagnosis.

We are producing in excess of 75,000 molecular investigations annually and the vast majority of the parameters are run in-house with same-day results capability. Working 24/7 allows us to collect your samples around the clock and run them within the most optimal turnaround cycle in Dubai.
