Phlebotomist: Home Collection

As a Home-Collection Phlebotomist, you're often the only person from the lab a patient ever meets, and the calm, kind face they remember. You'll perform gentle draws with sealed single-use kits, maintain the cold chain and barcode tracking, and represent Intel Lab with warmth in every home you enter.

You'll coordinate closely with the lab bench so samples arrive correctly labelled and in good condition, every time.

• Perform venous and capillary draws safely and comfortably, including for anxious patients.
• Verify patient identity and match every sample to its order and barcode.
• Maintain the cold chain and sample integrity from the doorstep to the lab.
• Keep collection kits stocked, sterile, and compliant with biosafety standards.
• Represent the lab professionally and warmly on every home visit.

• A valid DHA licence as a Phlebotomist (or eligibility to obtain one).
• A valid UAE driving licence.
• At least 2 years' phlebotomy experience.
• Excellent bedside manner and reliability.
