No. Every panel can be self-requested: book online, on WhatsApp, or walk in. If your doctor gave you a test list, bring it and we will match it to the right panel.
Your booking confirmation lists any preparation for your specific panel. As a rule: lipid profiles and fasting glucose need 8-12 hours; most hormone, vitamin, and general panels do not. Plain water never breaks a fast.
Choose a time window at checkout and a DHA-licensed nurse arrives with sealed, single-use kits, draws your sample, and it travels back in temperature-controlled transport with the same barcode tracking as an in-clinic draw. Turnaround is identical.
Home collection is currently free across all of Dubai, 7 days a week. The service comes to your home or office at no extra cost: just pick a slot at checkout.
