No. Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) sits outside this panel and is ordered separately: you can add it at checkout. FSH and estradiol drawn early in the cycle still give your doctor a useful read on ovarian activity.

Progesterone is the marker that answers it. Drawn in the second half of the cycle, a well-risen progesterone indicates that an egg was released, while a flat value suggests either that the cycle did not ovulate or that the sample was taken at the wrong point in it. One cycle is not the whole story, so your doctor may repeat it.

Prolactin supports milk production, and when it runs high outside pregnancy and breastfeeding it suppresses FSH and LH: periods become irregular or stop, and ovulation pauses. It is a common and often very treatable finding, which is why it is checked early rather than late.
