The attention was very clear and fast. Jophy Mathew was very polite and kind with his service, 5 stars for him. The medical testes were quickly. I recommend this company a lot!

Inside the STD Advanced 20
The STD Advanced 20: Blood Serology + PCR Panel is the complete sexual-health work-up, and the only screen we offer that answers both halves of the question in one booking. It reports 20 markers: blood serology reported as five targets (HIV type 1 and HIV type 2 from a fourth-generation assay with the p24 antigen, hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis C antibodies and an RPR screen for syphilis); a fourteen-target genital PCR panel run on urine; and a routine urinalysis with microscopy.
Blood and urine answer different questions, and most people need both. Serology finds the infections that circulate quietly for years (HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and syphilis), while PCR on urine finds the organisms living in the genital tract right now, from chlamydia and gonorrhoea to herpes simplex, trichomonas, candida and the mycoplasma and ureaplasma species. The urinalysis sits between them: leucocytes, nitrites, blood, protein and glucose flag a urinary tract infection, or a kidney or blood-sugar problem, that can cause burning and urgency by itself: often the very symptom people arrive with.
Both samples are taken in one appointment. A DHA-licensed phlebotomist draws the blood and hands you a sterile container for the urine; hold your urine for an hour or two beforehand and collect the first part of the stream. No fasting is needed for any part of the work-up. Collection is free anywhere in Dubai, seven days a week, at home, at your office or at the laboratory, and every marker is reported individually in a physician-reviewed Smart Report within 48 hours.
Because the panel is broad, the report usually deserves a conversation. A reactive serology result is confirmed by a second method before anything is settled, a PCR detection is treated by organism and often with partners at the same time, and a urinalysis finding may simply call for a repeat sample. A very recent exposure may not show yet on either half, so your doctor may advise repeating part of the work-up.

From booking to answers in a few days
- 1
One visit, both samples
The blood draw and the urine container are handled in the same appointment, at home, at your office or at the laboratory, so there is no second trip and nothing to arrange twice.
- 2
No fasting, one urine rule
Eat, drink and take your medicines as usual; nothing here depends on fasting. The only preparation is to hold your urine for an hour or two and then collect the first part of the stream.
- 3
Serology, PCR and urinalysis
The blood is run for HIV, hepatitis B and C and the RPR syphilis screen, while the same urine serves both the fourteen-target PCR panel and a routine urinalysis with microscopy.

20 markers, reported one by one
Every marker is released separately and physician-reviewed in a secure Smart Report within 48 hours, so the blood-borne and the genital findings can each be acted on in their own right.
Frequently asked questions
20 markers in three parts: five serology targets (HIV type 1, HIV type 2, hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis C antibodies and RPR for syphilis); a fourteen-target genital PCR panel run on urine; and a routine urinalysis with microscopy. One appointment covers all three.
They find different things. Blood serology detects your body's response to infections that circulate silently (HIV, hepatitis B and C, syphilis), while urine PCR detects the genetic material of organisms living in the genital tract at that moment. Neither sample can do the other's job.
It separates a urinary tract infection from a sexually transmitted one, which matters because the two can feel identical. Leucocytes and nitrites point towards a urine infection, while blood, protein or glucose can reveal something unrelated to sexual health that your doctor will want to follow up.
It contains the whole of the STD Extended 14 PCR panel and adds the blood side (HIV, hepatitis B and C and syphilis) plus the urinalysis. Choose Extended 14 if your concern is genital symptoms alone; choose this if you want the blood-borne infections covered as well.
The STD Master 28 changes the PCR side rather than simply extending it: it adds further candida species, the bacteria of bacterial vaginosis, cytomegalovirus, varicella zoster and lymphogranuloma venereum, but drops Group B Streptococcus. It is urine PCR only, with no blood serology and no urinalysis.
No. Human papillomavirus is tested on its own and is not part of the PCR panel here, because it needs a cervical or genital swab rather than urine. If you want it too, the HPV test is a separate booking.
The PCR half becomes informative earlier than the serology half, because it looks for organisms rather than for your immune response. Even so, a recent exposure may not show yet on either, so your doctor may act on the PCR results now and advise repeating the blood tests after an interval.
Nothing is concluded from a screen alone. A reactive HIV, hepatitis or RPR result goes on to a confirmatory test by a different method, and a PCR detection is matched to a specific treatment, usually with partners treated at the same time. Our team contacts you with the next steps for the confirmatory testing, and a physician explains what each one is looking for.
Yes. You book it for yourself, both samples are collected at an address you choose, and the report is released only to your secure account. It is private screening rather than a visa or employment medical, which is arranged through official channels. Our STD testing in Dubai page has the detail.
AED 699 covers all 20 markers, both samples and free collection anywhere in Dubai, seven days a week, by a DHA-licensed phlebotomist. The complete report, PCR panel included, is physician-reviewed and released within 48 hours.

I had my full OGTT done at Intel Lab and had a great experience. The employees were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the process. They explained each step clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. They also took my blood sample very carefully, especially since I’m afraid of needles, which I truly appreciated. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Highly recommended!
