The attention was very clear and fast. Jophy Mathew was very polite and kind with his service, 5 stars for him. The medical testes were quickly. I recommend this company a lot!

Inside the Elite Health Checkup
The Elite Full Body Checkup in Dubai is the tier where reproductive hormones join the whole-body screen. Liver, kidney, lipid, thyroid, electrolyte, blood sugar, iron and vitamin markers, a full blood count, a routine urinalysis and stool microscopy sit alongside follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinising hormone (LH) and total testosterone: 80 biomarkers from a single appointment. It fits adults who want a complete annual work-up, couples thinking about a pregnancy, and anyone whose tiredness arrives with low libido or a cycle that has changed.
FSH and LH are the pituitary's instructions to the ovaries and testes, which is why they are read as a pair rather than alone. In women, sampled in the early follicular phase, they describe how the ovaries are responding and help explain irregular, heavy or absent periods. In men, a low testosterone with high FSH and LH points towards the testes, while a low testosterone with low or normal FSH and LH points upstream to the pituitary: two situations that need different follow-up. Having thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), free T4 and free T3 in the same draw matters here, because an underactive thyroid is itself a well-recognised cause of irregular cycles, low libido and poor energy.
The visit produces blood and urine, with the stool container left for you to fill. Book early in the morning: fasting glucose, cholesterol and serum iron need an 8–12 hour overnight fast, and testosterone is conventionally measured on a morning sample, when levels are at their daily peak. Women testing FSH and LH are usually asked for days two to five of the cycle. A DHA-licensed phlebotomist attends any address in Dubai, 7 days a week, free of charge, and results are typically ready within 48 hours.
Hormone results are a snapshot, not a verdict: an out-of-range value is often repeated before anything is acted on. Your doctor reads the panel with your symptoms, medication and history, and most people repeat the checkup annually.

Time the appointment properly
Choose an early morning slot for the fast and for testosterone. If you are tracking a cycle, aim for days two to five so FSH and LH are measured in the early follicular phase.
- 2
A second kit when a couple books
One phlebotomist, one appointment. If both partners are testing, a separate labelled kit is prepared for each, so two sets of blood, urine and stool never share a tube or a report.
- 3
One draw covers the hormones too
Hormones, thyroid and organ markers all come off the single draw (no second appointment for the hormone panel), processed under DHA licence 0046381 at our EIAC-accredited laboratory (ISO 15189:2022).

Report within 48 hours
All 80 biomarkers arrive within 48 hours in a physician-reviewed Smart Report, with the hormone panel shown as its own section beside the organ and metabolic results.
Frequently asked questions
Adults who want one appointment to cover organs, metabolism and reproductive hormones: couples preparing for a pregnancy, men investigating low energy and libido, women with an irregular cycle, and anyone who would otherwise book a general screen and a hormone panel separately.
They open a system the other markers cannot see. FSH and LH show how hard the pituitary is driving the ovaries or testes, and total testosterone shows the result of that signal in men and, at much lower levels, in women. Together they give context to fatigue, libido and cycle changes.
For FSH and LH, days two to five of the cycle (the early follicular phase) is the conventional window, and it makes results comparable year to year. If your periods are irregular or absent, book when convenient and note the date of your last period, which your doctor will factor in.
A single low value is not a conclusion. Testosterone varies through the day and falls with acute illness, poor sleep and heavy training, so it is usually confirmed on a second morning sample before anything is decided. Your doctor reads it beside FSH, LH and your symptoms.
The Master Health Checkup keeps everything here and adds the cardiac and metabolic layer: high-sensitivity CRP, standard CRP, creatine kinase, homocysteine, fasting insulin and ferritin. Choose it if heart risk or insulin resistance is the real question.
It is a strong shared baseline: hormones, thyroid, anaemia, blood sugar, vitamin D and B12 for both partners in one visit. It is not a full fertility work-up, which adds tests such as female fertility or male fertility markers.
Annually is right for most adults, and keeping the same time of year makes the hormone trend readable. If a value was borderline or you have started treatment, your doctor will usually want a targeted recheck within a few months rather than a full repeat of the panel.
Fast for 8–12 hours overnight, drink plain water freely, and take a morning slot so the fast ends at the draw. Continue prescribed medication unless your doctor says otherwise, and mention hormonal contraception, fertility treatment or testosterone therapy, all of which change how the hormones read.
Yes. A DHA-licensed phlebotomist comes to your home or office anywhere in Dubai, 7 days a week, at no extra cost, and a lab visit is available instead. Couples usually add a package each to the same booking so both are collected in one appointment, and each person receives their own report.
Inside it. FSH, LH and total testosterone are part of the package, not an add-on, which is the whole reason this tier exists: a general screen and a hormone panel bought separately cost more and mean two appointments. The collection, containers, laboratory work and physician review are all covered, and your report follows within 48 hours.

I had my full OGTT done at Intel Lab and had a great experience. The employees were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the process. They explained each step clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. They also took my blood sample very carefully, especially since I’m afraid of needles, which I truly appreciated. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Highly recommended!
